Terms and Conditions for Revenue Riptide
By registering for Revenue Riptide (the "Event"), you ("Attendee") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.
1. Event Overview The Event is hosted by Steelhead Technologies to facilitate industry networking and help attendees understand how to improve their business performance and their work-life with a modern digital solution. The Event includes educational sessions, sponsor exhibit booths, and a field goal-kicking activity on a football field. The Event will take place on 9/23/25 and 9/24/25 at Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan.
2. Registration and Payment
Eligibility: The Event is open to existing customers and prospective customers of Steelhead Technologies. Attendees must be 18 years or older to participate.
Registration: All Attendees must complete the registration process and pay the applicable registration fee. Registration is not confirmed until full payment is received.
Fees: The registration fee is non-refundable, except as outlined in Section 4. Fees cover access to Event sessions, exhibit areas, and the field goal-kicking activity, unless otherwise specified.
Payment: Payments must be made via the approved payment methods provided during registration. All payments are due at the time of registration.
Attendee Information: Attendees must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Steelhead Technologies reserves the right to refuse registration or entry to any individual providing false or incomplete information.
3. Sponsor Exhibit Booths
Sponsors who purchase exhibit booths are subject to separate agreements with Steelhead Technologies. Attendees may visit sponsor booths but are responsible for their own interactions with sponsors.
Steelhead Technologies is not liable for any transactions, agreements, or disputes arising between Attendees and sponsors.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Event Cancellation: If Steelhead Technologies cancels the Event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or stadium unavailability), Attendees will be notified promptly, and a full refund of registration fees will be issued within 30 days.
Attendee Cancellation: Registration fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Steelhead Technologies cancels the Event. Attendees may transfer their registration to another individual within their organization, subject to approval by Steelhead Technologies, by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to the Event.
Schedule Changes: Steelhead Technologies reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, sessions, or activities (including the field goal-kicking activity) without prior notice. No refunds will be issued for such changes.
5. Field Goal-Kicking Activity
Participation: The field goal-kicking activity on the Ford Field football field is optional and available to registered Attendees only, subject to availability and compliance with these Terms.
Waiver: Attendees participating in the field goal-kicking activity must sign a separate liability waiver prior to participation. This waiver will outline the risks associated with physical activity and the use of stadium facilities.
Safety and Conduct: Attendees must follow all instructions provided by Event staff and stadium personnel during the field goal-kicking activity. Failure to comply may result in removal from the activity or the Event without refund.
Health and Fitness: Attendees are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in the field goal-kicking activity. Steelhead Technologies and Ford Field are not liable for any injuries or health issues arising from participation.
Equipment: All equipment for the field goal-kicking activity will be provided by Steelhead Technologies or Ford Field. Personal equipment is not permitted.
6. Code of Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward other Attendees, sponsors, Event staff, and stadium personnel.
Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to, harassment, discrimination, disruptive conduct, or damage to stadium property.
Steelhead Technologies reserves the right to remove any Attendee from the Event for violating this Code of Conduct, without refund.
7. Liability
Assumption of Risk: Attendees acknowledge that participation in the Event, including the field goal-kicking activity, involves inherent risks. Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the Event.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steelhead Technologies, Ford Field, and their respective affiliates, employees, and agents are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from attendance at the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of personal belongings Steelhead Technologies, Ford Field, their affiliates, employees, and agents will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of personal belongings, arising from attendance at the Event, to the fullest extent permitted by law.”
Indemnification: Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steelhead Technologies, Ford Field, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their actions or participation in the Event.
8. Intellectual Property
All Event content, including presentations, demonstrations, and materials related to Steelhead Technologies ERP software, is the intellectual property of Steelhead Technologies or its licensors.
Attendees may not record, reproduce, distribute, or use Event content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Steelhead Technologies.
Photography and videography by Attendees are permitted for personal use only, provided they do not disrupt the Event or infringe on the privacy of others.
9. Data and Privacy
Personal Information: By registering, Attendees consent to the collection and use of their personal information (e.g., name, contact details) by Steelhead Technologies for Event-related purposes, including communication, marketing, and analytics, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Photography/Videography: Attendees acknowledge that Steelhead Technologies may capture photographs or videos during the Event for promotional purposes. Attendees grant Steelhead Technologies permission to use their likeness in such materials without compensation.
10. Health and Safety
Attendees must comply with all health and safety protocols established by Steelhead Technologies, Ford Field, and applicable local, state, or federal regulations, including any requirements related to COVID-19 or other public health concerns.
Steelhead Technologies reserves the right to deny entry or remove Attendees who fail to comply with health and safety protocols, without refund.
11. Force Majeure
Steelhead Technologies is not liable for failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, or stadium unavailability.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Detroit Michigan, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Detroit Michigan.
13. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Attendees and Steelhead Technologies regarding the Event and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
Amendments: Steelhead Technologies reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be communicated to registered Attendees.
